St. Kitts & Montseratt
Logbook 1/21/07
Hung around St. Kitts for the day. Checked the sights in town. Waxed the cabin & polished the stainless steel outside. Faye cleaned the inside. We both had to take advil to get to sleep, but Hullabaloo is clean & shiny.
Logbook 1/22/07
Departed first light for Guadeloupe. Went by the Soufriere hills volcano on Montseratt that has been active since 1995. It destroyed the capital city of Plymouth and reduced the population from 11,000 to just 4,000 inhabitants now. Making good time so we bypassed Guadeloupe & pushed on to Dominica.
