Full of conch-off to Dominican Republic
Logbook 1/5/07
Tired of Conch. Time to move on. Finally got a Globalstar satellite phone that works. Had our 3rd & 4th shipped to us here in Providenciales. #4 finds the satellites/registers the service & lets us download our weather forecasts. Will depart in the morning for Grand Turk Island. Then south to the Dominican Republic (probably a night trip because the seas are calmer at night). Looks like some favorable weather for the next few days. Hope to push east to Puerto Rico on Monday or Tuesday.
