Hullabaloo Travels

Departed warm, sunny St. Lucia for the holidays in Virginia. It snowed the day after we got back and temperatures have been in the 20's for the most part. A warmup to 60 is expected on Monday & we leave Tuesday. Oh boy, one nice warm day. I'll spend it indoors packing. We did our Charlie Brown tree with Abby & Haley again. 4 birthdays to celebrate. Amy & Stephanie belated, Abby (Dec 29) & Matt (Jan 2). Krista Eck got married New Years Eve at St. John's Episcopal Church in Richmond (Patrick Henry gave his "give me liberty or give me death" speech there in 1776). Grand reception at the Country Club of Virginia. Blake came up from Raleigh to attend the black tie affair. The house at 1301 Caroline is heading in to the final stages. Drywall has just been done & the brick has been done on the rebuilt addition. Hope to be done in April when we return. Can't wait to get back to St. Lucia. Got a cold here & my bones have been aching from the cold.
