Hullabaloo Travels

The Project at 1301 Caroline Street has completed the major demolition phase. Mike Dotson & his demolition crew made short work of it. The only remaining part of the house is the original 1880's portion. The 1910 addition and the 1940 addition had significant structural & foundation problems that prohibited restoration. Now we begin the rebuild. Dallas Barnes (Stonehaven Homes, Inc.) is our builder. The new portion of the house will be rebuilt in essentially the same footprint. Dallas has been a pleasure to work with & we are excited about our new neighborhood.
