Hullabaloo Travels

Spent the last 4 weeks getting the house ready to put on the market. Everything spruced up & fixed up for any potential buyers. New HardiPlank siding was done while we were in St. Lucia. The pool was replastered last fall & new tile put in. Had our friend/handyman Greg Raines go over the place with a fine tooth comb to find & fix any problem he found. A home inspector would be hard pressed to find any problems for a buyer. In today's market, any negatives have to be minimized. The place is solid & looks great. Just need the right buyer to come along. Will start the house on Caroline Street on June 4th. More on that project later.
