The rebuild progresses

1301 Caroline Street is going back up. The demolished rear section has been rebuilt & under roof before we departed for St. Lucia on October 3rd. The windows are almost all in according to reports and the metal roof should be on soon. Amy has promised to get us some updated photos. The new carriage house with a studio apartment above is well underway. Quite an upgrade from the "Logan Electric" work shed that was falling down. We continue to be very pleased with the general contractor we chose, Dallas Barnes. His framer, Bill Cox has been a pleasure to work with also. Faye is going thru withdrawal, not going to the site 4 times per day & shopping for things in between. I'm just glad to be back in St. Lucia. We went to Ladera (Oprah's favorite resort) for our anniversary last night. Beautiful spot, but we prefer lunch there because of the spectacular daytime view of the Pitons. Today Hullabaloo goes back in the water. Can't wait.
