Day 3 - Historic Route 66 Missouri
Got on the road 5 AM to cross the Mississippi River into St. Louis, Missouri, the “Gateway to the West”. Heading to Joplin, Missouri to visit where Chip & Joyce & the kids lived 1983-1991.
St. Clair, MO
Much of old Route 66 runs right alongside the interstate. That means I am doing 25-55 mph and watching everybody fly past at 70 mph.

World's second largest rocking chair. Now I have something to do next year, looking for the biggest.
Missouri Hick BBQ in Cuba, Mo
Saw a billboard that said "The best fudge comes from Uranus". Had to stop!
As I was leaving, there was a sign that said "Thanks for picking Uranus".
Missouri's oldest business on Route 66. Established 1933.
Rolla, MO
Hullabaloo arrived Joplin, MO. First night in a campground. Have been staying free at family or Walmart parking lots.
