IGFA Offshore World Championship







Team St. Lucia qualified for  and was invited to participate in the International Game Fishing Association Offshore World Championship. The 2012 IGFA Offshore World Championship hosted 47 teams from 21 countries in the beautiful destination of Cabo San Lucas Mexico. 211 anglers released a total of 401 Striped Marlin over 4 days of fishing. Tom Peter, Bernard Johnson, Martin Edgar and Gary Hussion placed 9th overall with 12 Marlin releases. Teams from places such as Tonga, Kenya, Spain, Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, Rio de Janeiro and others converged for a great week of fishing and comradeship.
