IGFA Saltwater Adventures
Got the opportunity to crew on "Hack Attack" with Captain Bruce Hackshaw of Captain Mike's Sportfishing. The angler was Bill Boyce of IGFA Saltwater Adventures on the World Fishing Network. 10 minutes on the Anse LaRaye Fish Aggregating Device (FAD), we hooked a 600 pound Blue Marlin. He stayed on long enough to get some video of him but he charged the boat & got enough slack to shake out the hook. 20 minutes later we hooked a 175 pound Blue and brought him to the boat for some great video & underwater shots. Raised 2 more Blues with one hookup for a great day 1. Day 2 saw 2 more Blues raised with one hookup and a nice 20 pound Dorado and a 40 pound Wahoo. The Edge Restaurant served us the fish that evening for a great meal. The next day Faye & I took Bill and his cameraman Daryl van Slack for an island tour. They got video for intro & background shots and were really excited about fishing in St. Lucia.
